When you are thinking of buying a toyota, do not go to westminster toyota. they are the worst business establishment I've dealt with. They don't tell you the delivery date. If you don't ask you will end waiting for the car you purchased for months.
And worse they don't even apologize for not tellling the truth instead they accuse you of being agressive.
I bought a Rav4 from them. I was hoping that I would be able to pick the car within a couple of days or at least a week. I was also hoping that I could drive this for our out of town trip during the spring break. I ended waiting for my car for a month.
Had I not decided to buy from somewhere else my trip would have been cancelled.
I was not refunded after several attempts to communicate with. They only promised refund after made a complaint with BBB. However, athough thy promised refund they fabircate stories and tried to descredit me as a person.
Can you believe a business establishment that lied at the beginning of a deal never apologize; instead tried to keep your money and descredit you as a person?
A co-worker of mine also had similar experience with them.
